今天，我要演讲的题目是”祖国在我心中“。现在，中国的科技发达了，我们人人都过上了幸福的小康生活。但你们知道吗?50年代的中国是一个很被别人瞧不起的国家，它没有伟大的科学成就，科技也得不到发展。然而，一些留学知识分子的回国，使中国的命运得到了根本的转折，正是他们，挺直了中国的脊梁。
邓稼先就是这些留学生之一，当时他听说中国的科技状况，放弃了博士学位，决心回国为祖国贡献自己的一份力量，因为他知道：自己是中国的儿女，是炎黄的子孙!
他回到中国，参加了原子弹的研制工作。邓稼先不怕困难，经常带领工作人员到前线工作。他亲自到黄沙满天的戈壁取样本，还冒着被辐射到的危险监制原子弹。终于，在他和大家的共同努力下，原子弹试验爆炸成功了!随后，邓稼先又以惊人的速度研制成功了氢弹、东方红卫星。爷爷提到邓稼先，说：”两弹是他的勋章，中国为他骄傲!“
这些知识分子中，还有很多默默无闻的人废寝忘食地工作在第一线。他们这么刻苦努力的工作，是为了什么呢?
中国有那么美丽的河山，那么悠久的历史，那么灿烂的文化，他们就是为了不让祖国受到外国人的侮辱和嘲笑。
故宫、长城，哪个不是规模宏大、气势辉煌?
泰山、黄山，哪个不是风景秀丽、雄伟壮观?
造纸、火药，哪个不是我们中国人的骄傲?
当鲜红的五星红旗冉冉升起时，我们都会想起那些爱国的知识分子。正是这句话，成为了他们的动力——我是中国人，我爱中国!

今天我演讲的题目是《我有一个梦想》。
我们的人生并不是一条平坦的阳光大道，路上有黑暗，我们的心会迷失。这时候，我们就需要一盏灯 引导我们走出迷宫。而那盏灯，就是我们的梦想。
今天，我们在这里谈论梦想，或大或小。但我不想说什么梦想世界和平，梦想坏境美好的空话。于我而言，此时此刻看，我只想与你们谈论自己的未来。
我有一个梦想，梦想我有一辆车，一辆能坐下四个人的车，拉着我最好的友人奔向大海。一路上 我们听着激情澎湃的歌，开着无关痛痒的玩笑，轮番地开着夜车。饿了，去路边 陌生但有特色的饭馆吃饭;累了，去干净的旅馆 做一个悠长的梦。等到达一望无际的大海。在夜晚的沙滩上 生起篝火，我们围坐在火堆旁 嬉笑打闹。喝着啤酒，红通通的脸上 都是肆无忌惮的的笑，对着叠着影子的月亮 歇斯底里地喊着。没有忌讳，没有拘谨，因为 我们是最好的朋友!
我有一个梦想，梦想以后能再见到许久没有联系的朋友们，和他们聊聊那个时候的事情，那个时候的人都过得好不好。想找个机会坦诚地告诉他们，这辈子能和你做朋友很幸福!
我有一个梦想，梦想以后进入社会，我身边的人不会那么功利，不会那么自私。梦想自己有一天不会为了金钱而去施计陷害，不会为了利益而弄丢单纯的快乐，不会让朋友看到穷凶极恶的我而敬而远之。
我有一个梦想，从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，不再承受身外目光，不必在意他人的评价，为自己活着;从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，做喜欢的事情，爱最亲近的人，抛弃伪装的面具，不再束缚情感的空间;从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，卸下所有的负担，忘却曾经的疼痛，抚平心灵的创伤，让自己活得轻松而充盈。从今天开始，看书、写字、唱歌、涂鸦，给每一个日子取一个温暖的名字，做一个赏心悦目的人。
我有一个梦想，就是单纯的充实的过着每一天。
你们可能会笑我的梦想太过平庸。可是无论是什么样的梦想，都不是一种简简单单的口号，它更是一种实际的行动!梦想，是生命中最有意义的一种信仰。梦想，就是不相信命运就等于命+运，相信除了你自己，没有人能书写你的命运。
我们要相信，其实天不暗，阴云终要散;其实海不宽，此岸连彼岸;其实路不险，条条路可攀;其实梦想不遥远，一切都会实现……不论多么伟大抑或是多么平淡无奇的理想，也要不断的向上!
汪国真在文章中写道：“只要春天还在，我就不会悲哀，纵使黑夜吞噬了一切，太阳还可以重新回来;只要生命还在，我就不会悲哀，纵使陷身茫茫沙漠，还有希望的绿洲的存在;只要明天还在，我就不会悲哀，冬雪终会悄悄融化融化，春雷定将滚滚而来。”
所以，当你有一个美丽的梦想时，记住一定要勇往直前，只有你尽力了，才有资格说你运气不好。我相信，多年后的那个你，一定会感谢现在拼命努力的你!

尊敬的有着共同教育理想的同仁们：大家好!
天下兴亡我的责任，这是中国一位校长对他学生的训言，也成了指导我做好班级管理，培养学生自主、负责的工作航标。
在 座的也许有校长、科长、主任，我们通常把你们称为“官”。其实官就是一个岗位，官就意味着责任。我也是一个“官”，世界上最小的“官”——班主任。我班上 的所有孩子也都是“官”：锁长、帘长、师长。。。。五花八门，种类怪异。你也许会问，有那么多职位吗?这是一些什么官?我告诉大家，“帘长”——是负责管 理窗帘的岗位;“锁长”——负责开门、关门的小官......在我班上，人人有官做，事事有人管。
这些岗位，这些官，是孩子们自己申请担任的。孩子发现班上的图书需要有人管理，就可以申请当“管长”，发现地上有纸屑就可以申请当“捡搽长”。无论什么事情，只要孩子发现，就可以自告奋勇地申请“一官半职”，主动为班级服务。
干部是什么?干部就岗位，干部就是责任，干部就是锻炼学生的一个平台。既然如此，何不把这个平台给每个学生，让其明白是我的责任。
班 上有个孩子叫刘念，性格内向，同桌戏称他“绵花虫”，做事有点慢的，爱干净怕脏。一天，他发现垃圾桶周围总是不干净，就认领了一个“官位”——卫生员，也 有孩子笑称他“桶长”。专门管理那块地的清洁。每当一下课，我们总能看到他在那里或监督或打扫。这个8岁的孩子在日记本上写着：“我是班上的卫生员，我要 把那块地打扫得很干净。可妈妈说我这样累，容易弄脏自己，干脆不做卫生员了。这怎么可以，妈妈哪懂我的心，这卫生员是老师对我的信任，是班级给我的荣誉， 是我的责任!”
好一个“我的责任”，他用行动诠释了这个官的内涵， “棉花虫”改变了摸样!
一段时间后，班里孩子明白了：上课认真听讲，是我的责任;勤俭节约，是我的责任;不乱丢乱扔，是我的责任;升旗时唱好国歌，是我的责任……一切事情都是我的责任。
是的，如果天下事，事事是我责，那我们的国家怎不兴旺，我们的民族怎不复兴!把孩子培养成有责任的人，也是我的责任。朋友们，让我们大声告诉孩子：天下兴亡 我的责任!

good morning, ladies and gentlemen. i’d like to share my teaching dream with you. but before that, i want to say something about the beginning of this dream. in march this year, three teachers from australia came to our school. during the meeting, we exchanged a lot about education. i found that though we have almost the same teaching philosophy, we have different routines. what impressed me most was that their schools end at 3:00 in the afternoon and have no night classes. i can’t tell which kind of routine is better, but the sharp contrast made me think about a better education. the following is a dreamy school in my mind, in which there is no pressure but pleasure.
in this school, the buildings are well designed, close to nature. in the morning, children can read while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. in the evening, they can exercise by the lake reflecting the amazing sunset. in the spring, they can go to the wild, lie on the lawn, and watch the kite flying in the blue sky. in the summer, they can go to the forest, live in a cabin, and listen to the rhythm of the rain. …
students are free but polite and they respect each other. they can leave at 4:00 every afternoon, or perhaps earlier. they have the freedom to organize time. they can go to the library, go to the lab, the computer rooms or the playground. they’re self-motivated and have a strong thirst for knowledge. and there are no frequent exams and rankings. students won’t be forced to wear uniforms everyday, and there is no required hair style. everyday is so colorful that they are looking forward to the next day when going to bed at night,

when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.
i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.
